Jessica Schein, Practice Director – Higher Education, Transforming Solutions, Inc.
Jessica Schein leads the Higher Education Practice at Transforming Solutions. Jessica has lead and contributed to a number of higher education transformation projects addressing the people, process, technology, and cultural aspects of change. Her work has included projects across the entire student and administrative lifecycles from Admissions through Alumni Relations and Development. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Michigan State University in the Department of Higher Education Administration. Her deep foundational understanding of the sector allows Jessica to have a holistic view of trends and issues facing higher education institutions today.
Karla Loebick, Ph.D. - Higher Education Consultant, Transforming Solutions, Inc.
Karla Loebick, Ph.D. is a Higher Education Consultant at TSI. Karla has engaged various projects focused on process improvement, organizational transformation and change, constituent and student experience, and technology system selection and implementation. Karla earned a Ph.D. from Michigan State University in Higher Education Administration, a M.Ed. from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business, International Studies, and Spanish from Baldwin Wallace University. She combines extensive experience working across higher education in 4-year universities, graduate education, and community colleges, the K-12 system, and international contexts with formal education which contextualizes her foundation and understanding of the intricacies of higher education.
