In response to a desire to increase collaboration and decrease the challenges of working in silos, the Office of Quality Initiatives (OQI) set a strategic objective to grow its engagement with faculty on campus. Eight years later, OQI has made significant progress in meeting this objective across all faculties at our institution. This session will provide an overview of the successes and challenges of engaging our academic colleagues in continuous improvement with a focus on strategies that have led to success. Case studies from the OQI portfolio of services will be used to illustrate successful strategies and how these have been implemented and adapted over time.

Your Speakers:
Nancy Arnold, Acting Director - Office of Quality Initiatives, Carleton University
Mandi Crespo, Quality Management Partner - Office of Quality Initiatives, Carleton University
